How a passion for sourdough sparked a repair journey
When I started baking sourdough bread, I quickly realized I needed a stronger, more capable mixer. My research led me to purchase a 7 Proline mixer from a fellow baker, which turned out to be one of the best machines ever built. Along the way, I stumbled upon restoration videos, sparking a deep curiosity. I began buying broken units, diagnosing their issues, and rebuilding them for sale. What started as a fascinating hobby soon grew into a heartfelt craft and dedicated repair service.
Preserving memories and keeping appliances out of landfills
It brings me immense joy to repair stand mixers because nearly every machine carries a personal story. Many are beloved heirlooms passed down from grandmothers, cherished wedding gifts, final remembrances from lost loved ones, or the prize someone bought with their very first babysitting earnings. KitchenAid appliances are built to last for generations, and there is no reason to discard an investment piece. By choosing restoration, we keep sturdy machines working and out of landfills.
Meticulous craftsmanship and genuine OEM components
Knowing KitchenAid mixers inside and out means your machine receives professional care without shortcuts. I take immense pride in every repair, deep-cleaning each internal component to like-new condition, regreasing the gear assembly with food-safe lubricant, and using only genuine OEM replacement parts. Local cooks and bakers in Massachusetts can trust their prized equipment to run smoothly and reliably for years to come.
