-gears checked, worm follower gear replaced
-Machine re-greased, new gasket, pins, o-ring, snap rings
-after the machine is rebuilt it is polished, speeds are calibrated and bowl clearance set

 

Full Overhaul $200

Includes all of above plus pulling the armature, cleaning the commutator, replacing the front bearing, oiling the rear bearing bracket, replacing brushes, speed plate, governor and phase board if necessary.

Stainless screw/washer upgrades

Tilt head style- 3 bowl plate screws, 4 case half screws with 2 lock washers on rear screws. $5

K5 lift style- 3 bowl plate screws, 4 case half screws 2 long/2 short, 8 bolts with lock washers. $8
